The Every Logis restaurant has been given a “pot” rating enabling you to quickly find one in the appropriate category. This rating reflects not only the hotel-restaurant manager’s know-how but also the quality and flavours of the produce that he fashions for his customers’ enjoyment. |

There are four categories, from which you can choose the style of restaurant that best suits your requirements, your mood, and your budget :

A comfortable restaurant and attentive service to enjoy gourmet cuisine that encourages the discovery of our regions. |

An elegant restaurant offering a gastronomic menu, creative and refined, highlighting the art of cooking and featuring meticulous service – all of the pleasures of gastronomy. |

For restaurants that have been honoured that year in at least one of the three guides of reference (Michelin, from one star upwards; Bottin Gourmand, from one star upwards; Gault et Millau, from two chef’s hats upwards). |

Classification is established according to a very strict checklist of more than 180 criteria. And nothing is final: the classification of a Logis can be reviewed at any given moment. |

The Charter Committee reserves the right at all times to downgrade, or even strike off, any establishments which fail to meet the standards of the Logis de France label. |

Your comments, collected by the Quality Monitoring department, play a key role in the reappraisal process. |
